4.1 AI Analysis of Journal Entries
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process and analyze your journal entries to provide personalized insights and recommendations. Here's how this works:
- We use APIs from companies like OpenAI and Anthropic to process the text of your journal entries.
- Only the journal entries themselves are sent to these APIs, not your personal information.
- The AI insights generated remain private to your account and are used solely to enhance your journaling experience.
- The AI may reference your previous entries to provide context-aware insights.
4.2 Use of Journal Content for AI Training
- No AI Training: Your journal entries are NOT used to train AI models by our AI providers.
- API Compliance: We comply with the terms of use of OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, which prohibit using customer data to train their models.
- Data Privacy: Your journal content remains private and is only used to provide the Service to you.
